For 20 years the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry’s Dental Outreach Program has sponsored a team of dental students, dental hygienist students, and dental faculty members as well as interested dentists and individuals from the community who travel to BARQUISIMETO, VENEZUELA to provide needed free dental services to children who are not able to get dental care otherwise. The team provides fluoride, sealants, composites, amalgams, and even root canals for approximately 150 children patients each day.

The purpose of this web page is to provide needed information to the team but also to give others an opportunity to learn more about the program. It is our hope that you will one day join our team and bring your staff or spouse.
