Jesse Allison is a
young composer currently working on his graduate degree at the University
of Missouri - Kansas City. He
received his Bachelor of Music in Composition at Washington State
University while studying with Dr. Charles Argersinger.
Recently his work Revelation, commissioned by the St. Olaf
Valhalla Band, was premiered at a concert of American music.
Over the summer, To Die With Him . . ., was performed
at the International Festival of Choral Arts at Jihlava, Czech Republic,
where it received first prize.
